The CAP Collaborative is pleased to announce the three-year appointments of Janelle Gibbons, Leeward Renewable Energy Development Manager, and Jason Quinn, Mechanical Engineering Professor, Colorado State University, to the CAP Collaborative Board. The CAP Board facilitates regional decision making, tracks implementation of the Routt County Climate Action Plan (CAP), and helps secure funding to advance the CAP. Community Board members bring diverse expertise, geographic representation from across the county and climate plan interest and experience to the intergovernmental board.
