The CAP Collaborative is excited to announce the first round of applications to the Routt County Climate Action Collaborative Fund is now open! 501c3 nonprofit organizations, government and special entities located within Routt County are invited to apply. Projects are eligible for funding if they support the implementation of the CAP and contribute to carbon emission reduction. Maximum awards will be $25,000.
The fund and application sit at the Yampa Valley Community Foundation, and applications are due April 16, 2025 by 11:30 p.m. Please direct grant project questions to info@routtclimateaction.com and technical portal application questions to YVCF (camille@yvcf.org).
