This month the Routt County Climate Action Plan Collaborative is excited to announce it has opened its second round of applications for the Routt County Climate Action Collaborative Fund. 501c3 nonprofit organizations, government and special entities located within Routt County are invited to apply. Projects are eligible for funding if they support the implementation of the CAP and contribute to carbon emission reduction. Maximum awards will be $25,000.
The fund and application sit at the Yampa Valley Community Foundation, and applications are due May 26, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. Please direct grant project questions to info@routtclimateaction.com and technical portal application questions to YVCF (camille@yvcf.org).
