Dylan Anderson of the Yampa Valley Bugle attended the June 21 CAP Collaborative Open House and wrote up an informative article that helps explain which of the 41 CAP recommendations are easiest to do and which are most impactful. CAP project leaders across the five sectors (Energy, Transportation, Waste, Land Use and Economy) weigh in on which they feel will be simplest to accomplish and which will do the most to reduce greenhouse reduction emissions.
